Program Overview

Scientific Congress Update is a certified, 60-minute highlights review program that will be distributed to healthcare practitioners via the web.  The program will address the latest clinical advances in use of biologics in the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis as discussed at ACR 2008. 

The program will feature a studio‑based moderated discussion between 3 key opinion leaders (KOL’s).  A number of interviews will be recorded during the ACR 2008 meeting with authors of various key presentations, late breaking trials, and plenary sessions.  These interviews will form the basis of the moderated discussion using the studio panel of KOL’s.  In addition, a number of “news items”, describing scientific highlights from ACR 2008, will supplement the interviews.  The KOL’s will give practical commentary on the interviews and news items.
